Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://kalmhandymanservice.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Home Repair, Auto Detailing, Restoration Services, Cabinet Installation, House Cleaning provided by K.A.L.M. Handyman Service. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. K.A.L.M. Handyman Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
As-Is Basis. https://kalmhandymanservice.com is provided on an "as is" basis. K.A.L.M. Handyman Service makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, K.A.L.M. Handyman Service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify K.A.L.M. Handyman Service from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NM law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NM for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. K.A.L.M. Handyman Service may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
